Accessibility
Last updated 2 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Surefer, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In particular, Surefer:
- uses colour combinations that meet AA contrast levels, in both light and dark mode;
- can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus;
- works with screen readers, using headings, labels and landmarks;
- respects your device’s reduced motion and reduced transparency settings;
- works on small screens and when you zoom text up to 200%.
How we test
We check pages with automated tools and by hand as we build them. Surefer hasn’t yet had an independent accessibility audit.
Tell us about a problem
If something is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email hello@surefer.co.uk. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 5 working days and, where we can, help you get what you need in another way while we fix it.
